RETURN POLICY

At Camille & Co., we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like many small boutiques, we provide store credit only for approved returns.
To be eligible for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and will not be accepted for return.
Eligible items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may not be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

We’re so grateful for your support and are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship using trusted carriers USPS and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently.
Please note that Camille & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control, and shipping charges are non-refundable if a carrier fails to meet their estimated delivery time. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
